Designed several soft goods products for Ridge that are launching in 2025. Only one product is on the market so far. More to come soon!

The goal of this project was to give our Commuter Backpack a refresh, and hopefully, to increase sales. Some of the changes:

Sourced new manufacturer
Evolved Ridge soft goods design language and applied to several future products (coming 2025)
Light gray interior (changed from black), eliminating the “black hole” effect
Refined overall shape of the bag
Slimmed down the water bottle pockets while also increasing their capacity
For main body fabric, cut lead time in half and reduced yardage price by around 35%
